ONLY ON 3: Good samaritan rescues boy wandering down Shipyard Blvd.

Thank God for people like Mr. Moody, who was not so self absorbed that he could not stop and help a little boy on a very busy road! I find it disturbing that so many others drove by and didn't stop. The quote "it takes a village to raise a child" applies. I'm glad the police checked for neglect in the home and am reassured that the child is not neglected. I would hope that given the same situation again that I would hear of more people stopping to help. Well done Mr. Moody-well done!
