Schoninger turns down offer to buy land for ballpark, will reconsider

Chuck Schoninger, CEO of USA InvestCo, who slso owns land along the Wilmington riverfront near PPD, says the offers he got two months ago, were just not good enough. Not only were the offers not good enough, Schoninger also says he wasn't sure the group making the offers had the best intentions at heart.
