On this Independence Day, a reminder of where it all started

On July 4, 1776, the Second Continental Congress in Philadelphia officially adopted the edited and final version of the Declaration of Independence. For most of us, the annual celebration of this momentous day in American and world history is about fun, food and fireworks. But it's worth taking some time to see what our Founding Fathers put their names to.
