Sangria
I saw the video on the evening telecast, but I need the amounts of each ingredient. I'm not good at estimates. Please post the written recipe.
Sangria for Summer 2 bottles
Sangria for Summer
2 bottles (750 ml each) dry red wine*
1 small can (6 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate
1 cup rum or brandy
1 cup triple sec, or other orange-flavored liqueur
2/3 cup orange juice
1 lemon
4 cups chilled ginger ale
2 oranges sliced for garnish, if desired*
In a one-gallon pitcher or other container, combine wine, frozen lemonade concentrate, rum, Triple Sec, and orange juice. Slice lemon, and add. Stir well and refrigerate until chilled through, at least 2 hours.
Just before serving, stir in ginger ale. Serve over ice, in wine glasses, garnished with orange slices, if desired.
