Men charged with sex offense against mentally handicapped boy

Investigators are looking into two men accused of sexual offense against a mentally handicapped boy in Pender County. Sheriff's investigators say the 16-year-old boy visiting Hampstead for Easter was the victim of second-degree sexual offense.
