Ballpark agreement still not finalized, opinions remain polarized

Though a final agreement is still hanging over their heads, Wilmington City Council members voted unanimously to place a $37 million bond referendum to pay for the stadium on the November ballot. More than a dozen people voiced their opinions to council Tuesday during a public hearing on the bond referendum.
