New Red Cross mobile app aims to help before, during, after hurricane

Our coastal community is no stranger to severe weather. Although Hurricane Season has been quiet so far, we're heading into the most active months. That's why the Red Cross launched a new free mobile app Wednesday all about keeping you safe.
