Walter Dalton talks jobs, education, campaignDemocratic governor candidate Walter Dalton held a town hall meeting at Cape Fear Community College Monday. While the lieutenant governor said he was open to anything voters wanted to discuss, his focus has been on education and jobs as he's held meetings across the state.
