Candidate Interview: Paul Newby

When you cast a ballot this fall, you'll have a chance to vote for several judicial offices, including North Carolina Supreme Court. Justice Paul Newby has been on the high court for eight years. He's hoping to hold off Court of Appeals Judge Sam Ervin IV to win a third term. Today, he talked with WWAY Political Editor Kevin Wuzzardo about why he thinks he should return to the bench in Raleigh.
