KITCHEN SCOOP: Bacon cheddar biscuits

You can't go wrong with a good biscuit at dinner time. But Alicia Ross says not to stop with just a biscuit...let's jazz them up! She's got some cheesy, bacon-filled biscuits that are great for a side...or you may just want to make a meal of them. She shares the recipe in this week's Kitchen Scoop.

Cheddar Biscuits

ALL MOST LIKE RED LOBSTER BISCUITS

2 1/4 Cups BISQUICK
2/3 Cups Milk
1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese

mix together well, spoon or scoop dough onto a sprayed baking sheet
about 6 or 8 biscuits
Bake @ 400 F for 10 minutes

Melt 1 stick of butter, add 1/4 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
brush or spoon butter over the baked biscuit
