Banding together to gather instruments in Bladen County

Bladen County band directors are asking for the public's help. They need old instruments for children who can't afford to be in band.

I think John Hudson is doing a great thing. I am in the Marching Band at East Bladen. Band has gotten smaller and smaller over the years. The way the economy is now, No one can afford instruments. When I started in the Sixth Grade, We didn't have a program like this to help us. I believe if the kids were handed an instrument( That really had the passion for Band ) then Bands in Bladen Co. Would be bigger..
