Boy scout builds memorial for fallen classmates and teachers

A Pender County Boy Scout created a botanical garden at Penderlea Elementary in memory of his classmates and teachers that have died.

Congratulations to this Boy Scout for thinking of those in the community who have experienced a loss. People need a place to go and it's a beautiful garden. Thank you for sharing this story!
