The fact that this may have a negative impact on the community
The fact that the Clark family has been the boys club for over 16 years should not been left out of this subject. I have attended the Boys and Girls Club for over 10 year and I am currently 15 years old. I believe that if this law absolutly has to go into place that it should give and exception to the Clark family.
