Carolina Ballet visits UNCW

The University of North Carolina at Wilmington negotiated for two years to create an on-campus residency program with the Carolina Ballet. I went behind the scenes to explore the inaugural program of this unique joint venture. It's brought more than a hundred dancers to Wilmington to create joy, beauty and inspiration.

Thanks to WWAY for highlighting one of our state treasures, Carolina Ballet, and its summer program in Wilmington. Phillippa Armes is an impressive young lady; I'm happy to say that she's a member of the excellent Raleigh Dance Theatre.
