CFCC helps Army Corps relaunch buoy

A dozen students from Cape Fear Community College are out at sea on the R/V Dan Moore after helping launch a special buoy in the ocean. The college teamed up with the Army Corps of Engineers to deploy a remote sensing buoy, which washed ashore months ago, two miles off of Bald Head Island.
