Dangerous Dog Court: A jogger, a dog, and an invisible fence

New Hanover County Dangerous Dog Appeals Court was back in session Wednesday night. The volunteer panelists heard a case that involves a jogger, a lab mix and an invisible fence.

FOR 25 YEARS I HAVE HAD DOGS CONTAINED IN AN INVISIBLE FENCE INCLUDING TWO AKITAS AND NOW A MIX BETWEEN A CHOW AND BOXER. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH EITHER AND IT IS DIFFICULT FOR ME TO BELIEVE THIS LADY UNLESS SHE COULD PROVE THE FENCE WAS OFF. I WEOULD SIDE WITH THE DEFENDANT.
