A day later, but still no arrests made involving shooting at RC Soles' house

The State Bureau of Investigation is investigating the shooting case involving Senator RC Soles, but it appears it will be up to District Attorney Rex Gore to decide whether or not to pursue charges.

"Their job is to prosecute crime", stated Rex Gore. Rex Gore has to hold the record for dismissals of criminal cases. He had dismissed scores of cases against B.J. Wright before eventually prosecuting him. This worthless prosecutor was part of the system that kept a sex offender at large in the community, which eventually resulted in the brutal rape of an elderly lady. Rex Gore should feel ashamed of his performance as district attorney. But, as with R.C. Soles, we get what we ask for.

Mr. Gore you need to recuse yourself from prosecuting this case. This is the clearest case of a conflict of interest I have ever saw. If you do not, I hope the public will replace you come election time. It is long over due.
