Your report on the difference between Brunswick County and New Hanover County was interesting. Did Brunswick County say when they plan to make a decision on changing how they do Dangerous Dog issues? I was curious how many incidents were reported to animal control in total? Were there bites or scratches that were reported and the animal not deemed dangerous or potentially dangerous and what makes the difference? Is there a time limit to report an incident?
