Directv giving one local man a lot of problems

Last week, Direct TV acknowledged that employees had given customers incorrect information regarding HD packages available in our area. Now one former subscriber says he shouldn't have to pay for canceling his contract.

Direct tv problems

I understand the problems that customers are having with Direct T.V. I was mis informed about my NFL Sunday Ticket package that i was supposed to get free with sign up i just got my bill and it only shows me having this package until the end of october an dif anyone knows football does not end in october. Well i also was shorted a box on the date of the installation well i called that evening for them to send me a box. Well they wanted an additional $224.00 for the box that they had made the mistake on after rasing a fuss they gave me a break of $150.00 i feel that their mistake schould be made good but of course it has not up until this point
