I know the feeling!

The Brunswick County contracter mentioned in this story also did a hob-job when installing the 2 ton HVAC system in our house. They cut two big holes into my house and put flexible ducts up into them, completely exposed to the weather and sure enough were blown down in the first wind storm that came along and they did'nt want to come out to fix it meanwhile I've got these gapping holes on the exterior of my house! My cousin came down from NY and mentioned it was not even installed to code and to call another contractor, Sunset Beach Heat and Air. They apparently contacted A Plus (the ones who installed it), because they were on my doorstep the next day ready to fix it up right and without any more cost to me, not like I was going to pay them any more anyhow! Thanks Sunset Beach Heating and Air!
