Fewer Pet Adoptions

The weak economy is not only affecting people, it's hurting animals too. Shelters are packed because few are able to adopt. Linda Ferrill is in charge of the Sunburst Foundation of Wilmington. She fosters unwanted pets until they find a home. This year, she says, shelters are overrun, and no one seems to be adopting.
