New meters are popping up across Downtown Wilmington, but they're not for parking. They're part of the city's ten year plan to try to end chronic homelessness.

I love the panhandlers...I feel like you need a lot more than 20 to take care of the homelessness problem...otherwise it will just remain an issue. On a side...I like the new guy you added to your team. Tim brings a fresh new face in and it is really nice to see someone new get their shot.
