FIRST ON 3: Berger beats Caster

Brian Berger has defeated incumbent Bill Caster for the final spot in this fall's race for New Hanover County Commission. Berger claims the second Republican nomination along with Rick Catlin. They will face off with Democrats Deborah Butler and Sid Causey for two seats left open after Caster's defeat and Bobby Greer's retirement.
