FIRST ON 3 UPDATE: State of Emergency in Brunswick County

Talk about a case of the Mondays. Flooding in Brunswick County left drivers frustrated as they were forced to look for an alternate route to get home. Highway 17 shut down around 7 p.m., and it's not hard to see why after the county declared a state of emergency.
