FIRST ON 3: Wilmington Police use pepper spray to break up Downtown Halloween crowd Saturday

Videos posted this weekend on YouTube show a crowd on Front Street in downtown Wilmington Saturday night chanting, "U-S-A!" Suddenly, the crowd disperses. Many of the people in at least one of the videos are coughing and choking. Wilmington Police Spokeswoman Lucy Crockett says an officer used pepper spray to disperse the crowd.
