Freddie Jackson headlines local contingent of signees on national letter of intent day

Wednesday is national letter of intent day. That means a handful of student athletes throughout the Cape Fear region officially committed to their collegiate choice. This includes a New Hanover basketball guard who will play at UNC Wilmington next year. Freddie Jackson signed with the Seahawks on Wednesday. He's part of an 8 member class. 6 of the 8 signed with UNC Wilmington on Wednesday.
