Getting to know NHC Commission candidate Brian Berger

Brian Berger was born and raised in Rochester, New York. He's been in Wilmington for a decade and has his own marketing company called Strategic Communications Group.

So why does he want to go into politics?

Fellow Rochester, New

Fellow Rochester, New Yorker!!! Hope you win

The first time I heard Brian

The first time I heard Brian Berger speak at a county commissioners forum back in April, I found his voice to be that of an alien, and his behavior at political debates can be a bit insulting at times,

but the more and more I have heard of him, I have realized that he is a fine candidate for County Commissioner,

he is for cutting taxes, abolishing the CFPUA, anti-titan cement, against wasteful government spending and bad city planning (see convention center without a hotel)

Please Vote Brian Berger for County Commission, he is the kind of leader we need to help rebuild New Hanover County!!

Better with Berger

I agree with your comment--Berger has grown on me. He is right on issues-and has been out front while others sat on hands or put finger in air to test the wind before they would take a stand. Two of the other candidates are more of the same--Sid offers nothing new and catlin still has not ansered question how much business he does with County or State. We cant afford more of the same cronyism. Butler is a disappointment she has run a say anything do anything campaign-taking both sides of every issue- i don't find that charming- I find that misleading and the voters are seeing through it. I believe Brian was respectful during the primary- but Caster was throwing some pretty rough innuendo--so I will allow the young man his passion in rebutting that stuff and for being angry like the rest of us at the mess we have in local government.

2 out of 3 ain't bad

Cut some taxes, abolish CFPUA but mess with titan? If Titan follows the existing rules and laws they should be allowed to build.

Voting for Brian

HE BEAT THE OLD GUARD WHEN THEIR TACTICS BACKFIRED-MORE IMPORTANTLY, HE IS CORRECT ON THE ISSUES-- SO BRIAN ENJOY SOME FOOTBALL-PEOPLE ARE SMART AND WILL JOIN WITH YOU IN BUILDING A BETTER PLACE TO WORK AND LIVE--YOU OFFER THE PROMISE OF CHANGE-MANY OTHERS WOULD BE MORE OF SAME. YOU HAD COURAGE TO TAKE ON INCUMBEMT, ABC, AND TITAN-WHILE MANY OF US SAT ON OUR HANDS. WE WILL VOTE FOR YOU THIS TIME
