Gospel group with Wilmington roots is up for Grammy

A gospel group with roots right here in Wilmington is garnering national attention. The Murrill’s debut album, Family Prayer, is nominated for a Grammy.

I just wanted to say how proud I am of the Murrills and the gift of music that flows through them. WWAY could not have picked a more deserving family to interview!! I have known them over 15 years and it is an honor to see what God is doing in their lives. They are very humble and give more than people could ever imagine. Thank you for featuring them!!!
