Governor Perdue visits Port City, discusses NC's film industry

A day after the 15th Annual Cucalorus Film Festival opened, Governor Bev Perdue visited the Port City to talk about North Carolina's film industry.

The governor signed an executive order reauthorizing the North Carolina Film Council.
