Collecting Delinquent Taxes?

Is this a new way to collect delinquent taxes...elect the 'tax dead beats'. It seems to be working on all levels of government..including Presidential appointments.
The final irony is this person is a judge.

SHE IS A DEMOCRAT...

She is a Democrat and I would expect no less. Democrats are famous for spending YOUR tax money...paying taxes themselves...not so much.
And why not follow the President's example in political appointments?
