Local high school student writes children's book

Seventeen year old Carolyn Goodin seems like most high school kids. The Trask High School senior likes hanging out with friends and is studying for her SATs. You can also add author and illustrator to her list of accomplishments. Carolyn's hoping her recently published book will pave the way to college and beyond.
