A malfunction has many worried about blood borne diseases

Imagine paying your doctor a visit, only to learn weeks after, you may have been exposed to a blood borne disease. That is what New Hanover Community Health Center is warning some of the patients about, after discovering a malfunction device used for diabetes testing.
