Nesbitt Court Re-development Stalled

Nesbitt Court was one of the oldest public housing developments in North Carolina. The complex was closed down because it was no longer suitable for residents to live there. the initial plan was to tear Nesbitt Court down and build a better housing development. We found out that plan may change.
