New York family opens restaurant in Wilmington

The streets of Greenwich Village in New York City are dotted with quaint and charming restaurants. For nearly 20 years Caffe Rafaella was one of them. Then 9/11 happened and life dramatically changed for Mo and Julie Kablouti.
