ONLY ON 3: Pit Bull in Dog Court for biting 13 year old

Two months ago a pit bull bit a 13 year old boy in New Hanover County. The bite was so severe Vincent Marchese underwent surgery on his leg to repair the wound. He hasn't been back to school since. The fate of the dog was decided Wednesday night at New Hanover County Dangerous Dog Appeals Court.
