If you were to walk into the new nursing building on the University of Carolina Wilmington campus you might think you were in a hospital. The new building comes at a perfect time. According to North Carolina Area Health Education Centers, the elderly population in the state will double by 2020, creating large demands for skilled nurses and nursing assistants.

The interview was great. All the nursing students should be very pleased that UNCW has the foresight to provide a state of the art building to help prepare them for their careers. I especially liked the last girl in the interview. She was articulate and I'm sure a great asset to UNCW and the nursing program. Also, she is my daughter and I'm very proud of her. Go, Carrie!!!!
