Titan Cement Forum

The proposed Titan Americas cement plant can certainly draw a crowd. Tuesday the League of Women Voters and the Council of Neighborhood Associations held a public forum on the project. The forum at the New Hanover County library near mayfaire was packed full of residents worried about Titan Americas impact on the environment.
