Hey, WWAY-TV3, I suggest that you call the Pender County Animal Shelter & ask 'How many animals THS has pulled from them?'. The answer will suprise you. The reason THS has a violation of 'origin of animals' is because they are not coming from the Pender Animal Shelter. So where do they come from?
