Boat Access at Inlet Watch Yacht Club

After watching the video clip of Mr Arthur I am just amazed that the club he has been a member of for 27 years is refusing to give him assistance after he has agreed to sign a liability waiver. I would have been in tears if my boss told me don't go and help Mr Arthur. Mr Arthur is an adult man of sound mind and could easily explain how the Inlet Watch employees could have helped him. Aren't we all being called to be good Samaritan's. I hope Inlet Watch changes their policy and starts helping Mr Arthur in and out of his boat. It just seems like the right thing to do. It is unfortunate that this simple matter had to result in a lawsuit. I wish Mr Arthur success in his effort to enjoy the water, one of the activities that he can still do if someone can just lend him a hand. Its not really asking all that much.
