Troubleshooters: Family issues while deployed overseas

WWAY was recently contacted by a Camp Lejeune Marine who said he is stuck between a rock and a hard place. While deployed in Iraq, his wife filed for divorce, and he was told by family members that their 14-month-old daughter was being seriously neglected.
