That place really went into the crapper when all the section 8 folks moved. That is what happens when people that don't care about anything and don't have to pay because the government is paying for them move in.
Rent to high
Over all it is not a bad place to live for apt living. I think the cost is a bit high for the problems that we have. We also have problems with moisture, and lots of bugs. Another problem is the dog poop. I myself have dogs and I pick up after them. I can't even walk in the grass or let my little ones play outside because of all the nasty stuff in the grass. There are so many germs in dog poop an it is just there for everyone to walk by. Our apt was suppose to be new, with new carpet and paint when we moved in. Not the case. The walls were as yellow as can be. To make matters worse the people below us smoke all the time on their back porch, so it goes right above, into our apt throug our dryer vent or windows. So, we can not open the windows at all. Oh did I mention the parties that go on every Fri night. For such a high price, they shouldn't let party people move in. I find it very tacky to have drunk peole puking on the sidewalk by my car. While I'm on it how about the drinkers that like to party at the pool, oh yeah and bring your dog too. Can you not read, it says, no dogs and no beer. Follow the rules please. My last bit, then I am done. The play area for kids is so nasty. There are ant hills everywhere. they put way too much $ into keeping the drunks happy at the pool which is always nice and clean. They pay no attention to the play area at all. I would pay less for an apt right down the street. Crosswinds actually has pools, a nice play area, and a dog run that is cleaned often. The apts are smaller and not as new, but hey mine was suppose to be new and looks just like some of the ones that I looked at down the street.
