West Brunswick senior Alfy Hill makes his collegiate choice

One college football scouting service has West Brunswick senior Alfy Hill rated as the top prospect in the state. Wednesday in Shallotte, Hill announced his collegiate choice. It came down to the University of North Carolina or Alabama.
