Never, Never, Never!!!
I feel for the real estate agents. Yea right! Real Estate agents have been taking our money for years for simply posting a picture of our house online and throwing a sign in my yard. 6%....really? and how about that Guaranteed Sale program that a Realtor offers?? If you use it, and your house doesn't sale, he buys it at a low, low price and charges 7% commission. Why do we as consumers allow real estate agents to control the market???? I mean, really, why do they think they can do a better job? It is because the big firms have made it difficult for home buyers to sell our homes on our own. The real estate commission, that enforces real estate agency rules and laws, are all real estate agents. Hello Fox, my name is Hen...that's for guarding our Hen House.
