Winnabow man says county went too far in cleaning his property

Brunswick county has been busy cleaning up a Winnabow man's property they deemed a junkyard. But the property owner say the county did more than just clean up junk. Earlier this month the county started cleaning up Rivers's yard for him because he didn't get it done in time. But now Rivers say they destroyed some of his personal belongings in the process.
