Wait until he takes everything you have, gives it to others, and leaves you with a tax burden that brakes your back.

And besides, if you don't think your paying enough, you can and should send the govt the extra money now and not wait for obama.

I think you are under the impression that I am black? Not last time I checked. As far as my "share" goes..... I have never had ONE cent from government aid in any shape or form (unless you count the stimulus check that we used to pay for our last trip to Europe). I am a white, female, registered republican and upper middle class (that is so conceited, I hate typing it). Most of my family members have income above 250K that Obama plans on taxing you dolt. You assume too much from my post that was actually trying to be a little funny. I guess I failed at the humor. I figured that no or few blacks were there.

This "race" has been about race since day 1, so really blaming me for bringing race into this is a bit late. I do not care if Obama is figgin GREEN or purple.

Look, the last 8 years of Bush has me so disappointed in this countries government that I would vote for ANYONE not republican to get them out of there. Yeah, go on and tell me that the Democrats were in control some of that time..... SO ?, he is the "leader".

I lost over 7k on one of my annuities this week, no idea what the others did yet. This war has gone on too long, too many people are losing jobs around here with companies closing up shop, gas prices are a scam, illegal immigration just ERK's me when my parents had to work very hard to get us all here in the 60's legally... and it seems no one gives a hoot up there about anything. The rest of the world thinks we are idiots.

Just want something different and a chance for someone else to fix it or maybe make it worse, anyone up for that???? I doubt it. Obama will have just as much chance as McCain but I refuse to vote republican again.

Hey, Common. Gee Thanks. I'm not the brightest crayon in the box but during this presidential campaign they have given none of us anything to work with. We are all screwed.

Just because someone does well in college (very expensive ones, I might add) doesn't mean they know what to do with the information they learned once they graduate. I have known many college graduates that were excellent students, but when it came time to being able to use the facts they learned, they appeared less than intelligent. Life teaches you lessons you can't learn from a book.

Since Obama is for the "little people" and against the rich people, why is it that he went to schools that had nothing but rich people there? Where did he get all the money he is using to buy this election.....from his rich, foreign friends?

Just because Obama got an A in public speaking 101, does not qualify him to be president. Ever heard of Einstien. Also, how come no one ever asks why they choose to cut this program or cut funding on that program. Ever heard of a buget; you can't have everything you want even if it's needed. Obama is not Jesus; he's not going to save the world. Macain, isn't that great either. We're all stuck choosing the lesser of 2 evils, whoever that may be.

I feel really badly for you if all you can do is make fun of people and pretend to be more intelligent than others. You must have really low self-esteem.

It would be really great if everyone would stop thinking along party lines and start really remembering how the US got into the trouble we are now in. It would also be wise to remember that the President only has one vote. The democrat house and senate are the people coming up with items to bring up for a vote. Why aren't Americans holding the senate and house accountable for any of these problems we are facing?

Everybody talks about how horrible everything has been since President Bush has been in office. Think about all this country has been through....9/11, which was in no way this President's fault; the biggest real estate boom this country has ever seen; the lowest interest rates we have seen in many years; low unemployment rates until just recently and a host of other things. The media has brainwashed everyone into believing everything is bad. Do we ever hear positive things from the media about when umemployment is low, when personal income rises...we only hear negativity. Its a wonder everyone in the US isn't suicidal with all the doom and gloom we are constantly fed by the news media. Perhaps we should also hold the news media accountable for what they report and stop the falsification of information.

You can sure flip stations to catch all the spin and commercials, but you know absolutely nothing about Economics or the U.S. Tax Code.

If you did, you'd know that there's such a thing as Earned Income Credit. There are literally TENS OF MILLIONS of people who work, but pay zero taxes because of income level and exemptions. You can actually get money that you didn't even pay in!

Obama's plan is to increase advanced EIC payments. That means that millions of Americans who pay nothing in ioncome taxes will simply be GIVEN more money that the governmnet has collected from other Americans with higher incomes: Direct wealth redistribution by force of law.

Plus, any time they want to get MORE money, they can simply have another baby to qualify for a higher EIC. Obama will basically back-door and cancel all the good that Clinton did in reforming welfare.

This man's agenda is quite clear.

Lots of people who work don't pay income taxes, it's called earned income credit.

If anyone read the Iraqi Press over the weekend, Obama informed the Iraqis that he will fix everything after he's elected. I guess electing a muslim (their own kind) will change the minds of anyone who plans on blowing up the streets there.

i doubt that there are not enough republicans to vote in favor of mccain. obama wants to raise taxes on people earning more than 250,000 a year. penalize those that have earned their upper tax bracket. smells like communism to me.
