Three pages of violations include points off for dented and unlabeled food cans, foods at the wrong temperature, a box of bacon stores on the prep sink at room temperature and another stored in standing water in the refrigerator. Dry food needs to be in proper containers that are labeled. Points also taken for a worker not washing hands after putting on a hair restraint, an employee handling raw meat then cheese without washing hands and a waitress cleaning table then handling food without washing her hands. Chemicals were stored on prep table and a shelf with dry food. The inspector found ants in the restaurant. She also says the dish washer wasn't properly sanitizing or reaching proper temperature.
