The widow of Shallotte realtor Adam Bradshaw has filed suit against the two suspects charged with his murder.
You may recall that Bradshaw's body was found in late April, after he had been missing for several days.
Craig Bryant and Lora Moultrie have been charged in his death.
Last week, Shannon Bradshaw filed a civil lawsuit against Bryant and Moultrie.
The suit alleges that the suspects forged Adam Bradshaw's signature on a fraudulent quitclaim deed.
Mrs. Bradshaw says her husband purchased the property from Bryant in December. Then in January, Bryant wanted it back.
The lawsuit says Bryant asked Moultrie to help him forge a document, essentially giving the property back to Bryant.
A trial date has not yet been set for the murder charges or this most recent civil case.
Bradshaw is survived by his wife and a 16-month-old son.

You can't...
get blood from a turnip! Do you really think these two low-lifes have 2 nickels to rub together?
why?
Why, when these people were in this situation, why was it not taken to the police? Why did he go out and buy a gun? If you are threatened, I would think it's best to inform the cops. On the other hand, why not just sell the property back to them to avoid the situation? I'm by no means sticking up for murderers but this story just does not make sense that someone had to die?????
Widow Of Adam Bradshaw Filed Civil Suit Against Murder Suspects
Thanks to WWAYTV3 for your professionalism. It is a long and devastating road that I am travelling. I lost my husband so suddenly and violently. He was murdered for such a senseless reason. FYI, my son is not two years old. I don't want him to grow that fast. He is only 16 months old and so much like his father.
