The State Department of Motor Vehicles has placed a Wilmington man under arrest.
Eddie Blocker was charged with thirteen felony counts for possession of stolen goods and altering a manufacturer's serial number. He was arrested last week and the DMV recovered $150,000 in stolen motorcycles and construction equipment.
Blocker had been held in the Brunswick County until bonding out.
