Woman arrested for alleged indecent liberties with minor

Wilmington Police charged a 27-year-old woman with taking indecent liberties with a minor. Police say they caught Jessica Bailey Wishnask of Oak City in the act around 4:00 a.m. Saturday morning. Wishnask was engaged in what police described as "intimate contact" with a 15-year-old in a parked car on Fifth Street. The case remains under investigation.

HR lawsuits

The majority of employers are reluctant to say anything negative on a reference or enter anything negative on an employees file due to lawsuits. I legal system has made it hard to do the right thing.

You can't say anything

You can't say anything negative about a person that is personal in nature. But when asked if they would hire her again her supervisors said yes....obviously they didn't have a clue what was going on. On a question like that, you can simply answer "no" and that person will not get hired for another job
