A woman who was hit by a car while walking along Market Street last week has died. Thirty-five-year old Nicole Harrison was struck in the 7400 block of Market Street in Ogden the night of February 23. She had been in the intensive care unit at Chapel Hill and died yesterday afternoon. Harrison moved from Washington state to Ogden in July with her husband Neil and their four children. Neil said his wife was a wonderful mother who was full of life. “The key that my wife would want to pass on to other people is to support your community church and to develop a network of people that can support you and appreciate your family and your kids and to live this life to its fullest." Neil believes his wife may have been trying to cross the street to go to the store when she was hit. A service celebrating the life of Nicole Harrison will be held at Olivet Baptist Church in Wrightsboro this Sunday at 2:00 p.m.

I am truly stunned, There are no words! I just found out today by reading my local paper. I never look at the paper but some thing told me to look today. My heart is broken and I am deeply saddened. Neil if you read this could you please get in touch with me? Nicole will be forever missed and eternally in my heart. She was a VERY special person who's zest for life will always be remembered, forever engraved in my memory. I send you all the love and prayers you are probably needing right now! I wish it could be more! *Chrislee
We had the pleasure of getting to know her two oldest children who played with our boys. They are beautiful children with a wonderful zest for life. Truly this is a testament to the love they received from their mother and father. God bless you all during this very difficult time
god be with you .. && your family she is probably in a better place. =[[
Nicole Harrison was a wonderful friend and neighbor for 6 six years, and truly a kind and loving mother of four beautiful children. My thoughts and prayers are with her and Neil and their children. We have all lost a great individual. Nicole never lost faith in the basic goodness of people and the values she stood for - courage, truth, fairness and compassion, are values she practiced in her daily life, committed to her spirit and taught to her children. The strength of her being which comes from high standards can scarcely be overstated. Thanks to Nicole she made my life happier. I am proud to having the extreme pleasure of knowing Nicole. Warmest regards from a friend and neighbor, Rob Brosa, Maple Valley, Washington
I pray that God gives you and your family strength and comfort during this time. There is a song that a friend sent me during my battle with cancer. God used this song to get me through some dark days. It is called "Praise you in the Storm" by Casting Crowns. Listen to it and I pray it will help. I will be in prayer for you all.
My prayers are with your family.
